So I reassembled the unit again today and most of my fixes seem to work. One of the screw posts I glued the other day came loose again, but apart from that everything seems to hold together. And to the most important thing, it BOOTS!

I can't wait to test some applications on it such as Borland Turbo C++ and Windows 3.0.
